    Although some dust has no viscosity, it is easy to deliquesce. When it is intercepted on the fiber surface, it will absorb moisture in the air and form a solution on the fiber surface. For example, the powdered sugar version.

    Some dust may not have strong adhesion, but it can absorb the water in the flue gas and carry out the chemical process of recrystallization to generate new hydraulic substances or crystals, and the formed "crust" covers the surface of PTFE filter bag.     Even if the dust itself is not sticky, if the dust particles are fine and the water content of the dust is relatively large, the dust can easily be evenly adsorbed on the surface of PTFE filter bag to form a layer of "floating ash", the adhesion is not very strong, but it is difficult to remove.
