    PTFE fiber is a kind of synthetic fiber made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) by spinning or making films and cutting or fibrization. PTFE has a relatively large molecular mass, with the low reaching hundreds of thousands, the high reaching more than 10 million, and generally millions. The crystallinity of PTFE polymer is generally 90-95%. Due to the strong polarity of fluorine atoms, the polymer exhibits extremely stable physicochemical properties. Its long-term use temperature in 200-260 degrees, melting temperature of 327-342 degrees; It's still soft at minus 100 degrees; It also has the best aging life and the smallest friction coefficient among plastics.
